AXIMEDIC is a health technology company in North Miami, Florida. Our product is CareBee — a care-coordination app for family caregivers — built on AXERP Health, the clinical ERP/HIS that lets a household's record exchange data with a hospital chart.

Why we exist

Somebody in every family becomes the filing cabinet

Sixty-three million Americans are caring for an adult family member, and the number has grown 45% in a decade. The average one puts in 27 hours a week. Almost a quarter give 40 or more. None of the systems they have to deal with — the hospital, the pharmacy, the insurer, the specialist, the aide agency — talk to each other, so a family member ends up being the integration layer between them.

That's a software problem wearing the costume of a personal failing. The information exists; it's just scattered. The authority to act exists; it's just undocumented until the moment it's urgently needed. We built CareBee to put both in one place.

Then we built downward. A caregiver's record is only useful if clinicians can act on it, which is why AXERP Health exists and why everything speaks HL7-FHIR R4. That's what we mean by patient-to-enterprise: the same record, from the kitchen table to the hospital.
